Complaints - Should you wish to make a formal complaint about one of our instructors or Mountain Medicine itself we also have a formal (and if necessary independent) Complaints Procedure open to all MM customers.


Quality Training from Qualified and Experienced Instructors

Director of Training, Paul Allan, personally trains all instructors. Paul is registered with:

  • Health & Safety Executive (UK) No. 991/91 and Health & Safety Authority (IRL) No. 547.
  • Reg. Instructor CFR – Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (Irl ) No.40635.

Mountain Medicine Instructors

Each of the Mountain Medicine Instructors have been practicing inside their own specialist areas for several years, and are renowned for their knowledge of providing Emergency Care in extreme environments and under intense pressures.

Should you for any reason need to complain about one of our instructors or something that took place at one of our courses then please use the online forms provided. We have two forms to choose from depending on whether the complaint is about an Instructor of Mountain Medicine or the Director of Mountain Medicine.
