Your complaint will be treated in the strictest of confidence by the Director of Mountain Medicine (Paul Allan). Paul will be able to respond to your complaint in the most appropriate manner. If your complaint is about Paul Allan personally then please 'Register your complaint with Graham Page' (Mountain Medicines' Independent Ombudsman).
